EATING NASTURTIUMS

1. Pick a few flowers.

2. Wash flowers gently in cold water. Dry on a paper towel.

3. Decorate the top of a frosted cake or a plate of food with flowers.

4. Add them to a green salad.

5. Try stuffing the horn-shaped flowers with cream cheese. Notice the peppery taste!
